Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy

At ALUXXOIL, every product is handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality. We take great care in preparing your order and want you to love your purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened or used. If your product is unused, in its original packaging, and you wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request approval.

Refunds

We will gladly issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • Your package was lost in transit

To request a refund, email us at admin@aluxxoil.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, your order may already be in production or shipped, and cancellations may not be possible.
