Processing Time
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s j ourney.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates once the label is created.
• International orders may experience additional delays during customs processing, which is outside of our control.

Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping charges cover carrier fees only. We do not charge tax on shipping when it is listed as a separate line item.

If you combine “shipping & handling” together as a service, the fee may be subject to sales tax per California law.
Lost or Damaged Packages

ALUXXOIL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.
